Patients seeking telemedicine care are responsible for confirming their location at the time of service.

Prescription Limitation

Provider Verification

All Allure Wellness Center providers are licensed in the State of Indiana. Provider licensure may be independently verified through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency or the applicable state licensing board. Individual provider credentials, including license type and specialty certifications, are listed on each provider's profile page.

If Indiana law requires a supervising or collaborating physician arrangement for any mid-level provider, that information is disclosed on the applicable provider's profile page.

Controlled Substances

When clinically appropriate, controlled substances may be prescribed by our licensed providers in strict compliance with federal law, the Controlled Substances Act, and applicable Indiana statutes. Controlled-substance prescribing is subject to:

  • Identity verification

  • Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) review

  • Toxicology screening where applicable

  • Signed treatment agreements

  • Scheduled follow-up requirements

Not all patients will qualify for controlled-substance prescribing. Clinical evaluation and applicable law govern all prescribing decisions.

A Note on Compounded & Specialty Medications
Where compounded medications are considered, they are used only when legally permitted, clinically appropriate, and sourced exclusively from licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your provider will discuss the risks, alternatives, and legal status of any compounded therapy before prescribing.
