Is Direct Primary Care health insurance?
No. DPC is not insurance. Employees should keep their existing insurance or coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, surgeries, and specialist care. DPC handles the primary care layer — the part your team uses most.
Are labs, imaging, and medications included?
The membership focuses on clinical care and access. Labs, imaging, prescriptions, injections, supplements, and outside services may involve separate costs unless they are specifically included in a written membership agreement.
What if an employee leaves?
Their individual membership ends. Group pricing only applies while they are an active employee.
Is there a minimum group size?
The group discount tier starts at 5 employees. Smaller groups are welcome at the standard individual adult rate of $89/month.
Controlled Substance Compliance Fee Disclaimer
All visits included under the Allure Wellness Center membership program are covered as outlined in the membership benefits. However, if a visit involves the evaluation, management, or prescribing of Schedule II, III, or IV controlled medications, an additional $50 compliance fee will apply. This fee covers required regulatory and safety measures, including review of the Indiana INSPECT prescription monitoring program, urine drug screening (UDS), and compliance documentation associated with controlled substance prescribing.
The additional compliance fee is charged per qualifying visit and is not included in the standard membership pricing.
HSA-Eligible Pricing
Beginning January 1, 2026, federal law allows DPC membership fees up to $150 per month for individuals and $300 per month for families to be paid with pre-tax HSA dollars when paired with a qualifying high-deductible health plan. All Allure DPC tiers are designed to fall within these federal limits, so members with HSAs can use pre-tax funds toward their membership. FSA eligibility varies — please check with your FSA administrator.
